THE EXPERIENCE
Two daily yoga practices:
Invigorating and therapeutic morning yoga (Forrest Yoga inspired) that promise to unravel your neck tension, free your hips, open your heart and romance your Spirit
Journey into serenity and stillness with soothing Yin Yoga in the late afternoon for organ + meridian health, qi balancing + deep nourishment
Delicious breakfast + 2 dinners
One Signature or Deep Tissue massage at the beautiful on-site spa
Meditation, Mindfulness, myofascial release work and Qi Gong Experiences
Opening traditional cleansing Ceremony

The retreat will formally start at 5:30pm (feel free to arrive from 2pm) and will finish by noon on the 11th.
